Casa Sun Valley is located in a small luxurious complex of 23 apartments. It is located on a corner on the second floor and can be reached by elevator or stairs.
It has its own covered parking space within the grounds of the complex. In addition, there are plenty of free parking spaces along the public road.
The apartment has an area of no less than 136 m2 and consists of a living room, open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace of 27m2.

Stylishly furnished living room and kitchen
The apartment has an attractive living room, with a comfortable sofa to relax or watch TV. There is a smart television with cable channels, Chromecast, and free WiFi.
A dining table for six people connects the living room with the comfortable kitchen. This is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.

3 colorful bedrooms
Of the three spacious colorful bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm). The other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All three have air conditioning and the windows are equipped with shutters and mosquito screens.

The apartment has two spacious bathrooms, both with a lovely shower, large vanity unit and toilet.

You reach the beautiful terrace through the living room through sliding doors. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the beautiful landscape, the golf course and the mountains. This is possible from the dining table for six people or the comfortable lounge set on this terrace.

Casa Sun Valley is located on the La Cala Golf Resort golf course. This beautiful golf course has three loops of 18 holes, with breathtaking views of the mountains.
The luxurious wellness resort offers a wide range of spa and sports facilities, such as saunas, jacuzzi, (massage) treatments, fitness, tennis and squash courts. Sports lessons are given here every day (can be booked at the spa).

Casa Sun Valley is located in the town of La Cala de Mijas and is 10 minutes from the beautiful beach.
It is located 30 minutes from Malaga airport. Marbella is 15 km away and in between there are the nicest places worth visiting.
It is a quiet and relaxing area with beautiful landscapes and close to access roads for exploring the area or visiting nearby places such as Malaga, Marbella, Seville, Ronda, Cordoba and the white village of Mijas Pueblo.
It is located on the edge of the Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve and there are beautiful walks around and challenging routes for cyclists.

It is also the ideal location for golfers. Casa Sun Valley is located right next to the La Cala Golf course, which has three loops of 18 holes. You won't be bored here when it comes to golf. There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity that are definitely worth a visit.

The weather in Andalusia is wonderfully sunny in summer, spring, autumn and winter. In winter it is at least 18 degrees and in the other seasons it is always nice and warm. In winter you have the opportunity to ski on the Sierra Nevada mountains.

La Cala de Mijas
La Cala de Mijas is one of the original fishing villages located on the Costa del Sol, in the province of Malaga. It is known as a very charming village with a renovated Moorish tower, a pleasant village atmosphere and a lot of charisma.
La Cala de Mijas is a very popular seaside resort with many good restaurants, shops, pharmacy and “chiringuitos” (beach bars), located between Fuengirola and Marbella. It is very quiet, not completely overloaded with tourists, but you will find everything you need, a beautiful golden sandy beach and not far away are larger cities.
