The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, such as washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
The closed area is secured. There are 2 swimming pools, padel courts, sunbathing area and children's playground. The apartment is non-smoking and suitable for children from 6 years.
