Palm Beach apartment is located directly on the beach.The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room with air conditioning (optional), this means we can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably. There is free WiFi and international TV channels. The south-west facing balcony gets the sun until late, ideal for relaxing with a drink or a book and has a view of the well-maintained garden and 3 swimming pools. There are special rates for winter visitors for the period November to March.

The garden around the pool is wheelchair accessible, the pool also has a lift. The apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Two reasonably sized lifts serve the apartment, each suitable for wheelchair users.

We offer everything you need for a self catering holiday and there is a shared parking space available at the rear of the building, a parking space in the summer months is not guaranteed.
The center of Los Boliches, the shops on the main street and the train station are just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The area has something for everyone. Whether you want to relax, exercise or simply view the beautiful garden with swimming pool from the balcony, everything is possible!

THE LOCATION.
The apartment is close to everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. The shopping streets are a 5-minute walk. There are also many restaurants, bistros and cafes within a 2-minute walk, and of course there is the 8km Paseo Maritimo and all it has to offer.

AIRPORT TRANSFER
Transfer from the airport is fast and economical on the train. Trains depart from the airport every 20 minutes, the journey time is 25 minutes and the cost is approx. €4.50 per person. The walk from the station to the apartment is a short 10 minutes on level ground, as it is at sea level there are no hills to climb with luggage.
Other transfer options are:
Local taxis that are always in front of the arrivals hall. The costs are approximately €40 per car, maximum 4 passengers.

Hello! I am Petra and I live and work in the Netherlands. We have been coming to Los Boliches for years. We have 2 apartments, Palm Beach and Ronda (see other advertisement). The apartments are both on the beach and a 5-minute walk from each other. I work with an administrator. They receive the guests and explain the apartment. Rental prices are per apartment, based on 2 persons.

Check-in time 5:00 PM. Check-out time 10:00 am.
For stays longer than 3 weeks, electricity is calculated based on the meter readings taken upon arrival and again upon departure. Reservation amount 25%, remainder 8 weeks before arrival. We advise you to take out travel/cancellation insurance. This can be done via Micazu, or of course with your own insurer.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, we will provide everything you need to claim your travel/cancellation insurance.

Pets are not allowed.
