Imagine a sunny apartment overlooking a beautiful garden and three sparkling swimming pools, and the sea just steps away. This cozy holiday home on the third floor is the place to be for a wonderful time on the coast!

The apartment features a spacious bedroom with two comfortable single beds and a large sofa bed in the living room.
There is room for up to 3 guests. With free Wi-Fi and international TV channels, you'll always stay connected. For extra comfort, air conditioning/heating is available so that your stay is pleasant in all seasons.

The modern bathroom has recently been updated and has a stylish walk-in shower, perfect for a fresh start to the day. In addition, there is a handy washing machine, ideal for longer stays.

The southwest-facing balcony is a sunbather's paradise! Soak up the sun until late as you relax with a drink or a book, and admire the views of the well-kept garden and pools. The garden is fully wheelchair accessible and has a separate children's pool for the little ones. There is also a hoist in the swimming pool.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen offers all the possibilities to prepare a delicious homemade meal. Two spacious elevators make the apartment easily accessible, even with strollers or wheelchairs. In addition, there is safe, free parking at the back of the building (please note that we cannot offer a parking guarantee in July and August).

The location is perfect: under the building you will find a large supermarket, bakery Granier and shops, restaurants, and pharmacies – everything you need for a carefree holiday. For trips to nearby towns, there's a train station and bus stop within walking distance, making it easy to get to the centre of surrounding towns.

Additional information: For stays of more than three weeks, the electricity will be charged fairly based on the meter readings on arrival and departure.

Hello! My name is Petra and I live and work in the Netherlands. We have been coming to Los Boliches for years, and we have 2 apartments, Palm Beach and Ronda (see other ad). The apartments are both located on the beach and a 5-minute walk from each other. I'm working with an administrator. They welcome the guests and explain the apartment. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental prices are per apartment, based on 2 people.

Check-in time 17:00. Check-out time 10:00 am. 
For stays longer than 3 weeks, electricity is calculated on the basis of the meter readings taken on arrival and again on departure. Reservation amount 25%, remainder  8 weeks before arrival. We advise you to take out travel/cancellation insurance. This can be done through Micazu, or of course with your own insurer. For check-in after 22:00 there is a surcharge of € 50.00 
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel, we will provide everything  you need to be able to use your travel/cancellation insurance.

Pets are not allowed.
