Hello! My name is Petra and I live and work in the Netherlands. We have been coming to Los Boliches for years. We have 2 apartments, Ronda and Palm Beach (see other advertisement). The apartments are both on the beach and a 5-minute walk from each other. I work with an administrator. They receive the guests and explain about the apartment. Also read the reviews that customers give us via another rental platform. You will find these behind the photos.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental prices are per apartment, based on 2 people.
Check-in time 17:00. Check-out time 10:00 am.
For stays longer than 3 weeks, electricity is calculated on the basis of the meter readings taken on arrival and again on departure. Reservation amount 25%, remainder 8 weeks before arrival. We advise you to take out travel/cancellation insurance. This can be done through Micazu, or of course with your own insurer.
For check-in after 22:00 there is a surcharge of € 50.00, to be paid directly to the manager.
