A few years ago we renovated the entire house and it is now fully equipped with new kitchen, bathrooms, floors and air conditioning.
The spacious terrace is located off the kitchen and is equipped with a gas barbecue and an awning.
We have opened up the kitchen space and living area and merged them, which creates much more coziness. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed of 180 wide. The third bedroom has two small single beds 80x200 and / or possibly a cot. In one of the two bathrooms there is a spacious bath with a view of the park. In the garage with electric door, two cars and possibly bicycles or golf bags can easily be stored.
The house is over 200 m2 in size and very solidly built so it doesn't get too hot inside. In short, a lovely house in a great place!
