Live on the top floor of Estepona! This beautiful penthouse, which is serviced by a lift, is located in the new Puerto Blanco phase III complex, a stone's throw from the picturesque harbour.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a work/bedroom and indoor parking garage, this penthouse offers everything you need for an unforgettable time. The east-facing terrace offers a breathtaking 180-degree view. On the left you see the mountains, straight in front of you is Marbella and on the right is the port of Estepona.

The stylishly furnished living room and fully equipped kitchen and utility room ensure that you will not be short of anything. In addition, there is central and silent air conditioning. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with bath/shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has two separate beds. The work/bedroom also has a single bed, making it suitable for both working and sleeping. The adjacent guest bathroom has a separate shower, toilet and sink.

In the living room you can relax on the comfortable lounge sofa while enjoying the 65" Samsung TV with IPTV (with no less than 10,000 channels and films worldwide), NLZiet, Netflix, Disney Channel, Amazon Prime and Apple TV. The SONOS Soundbar provides a unique viewing experience. And with the breathtaking floor-to-ceiling view, it's a treat to be at home all day.

A separate office is available for those who want to study or take care of business in peace. Your extra monitor is ready!

In every room you will find a SONOS speaker that, together with the Sonos beam, fills the entire apartment with your favorite music, which you can play via your own Spotify account from your smartphone. The Philips HUE lamps provide the right color of light at the right time. If you do not have a smartphone with you, a tablet with the necessary software is also available.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and washer/dryer combination in the utility room. The apartment was newly completed in 2021.T

Guest access: All areas, including the parking garage, are exclusively available to our guests. There are no personal belongings of the owner in the apartment.

I love the wild nature of the French Corrèze in my Ancienne Ecole in Troche, or enjoy the sun in the southern Spanish Estepona. In addition, since 2019 and 2021 I have bought two beautiful apartments in Valencia in Venezuela where we help prospective buyers because the prices there are now low.

?? Important facts for a carefree holiday in the Pretty Penthouse Estepona??

We want your stay to be wonderfully relaxed – and that works best when everyone knows the same rules.

Weekly cleaning ??

Are you staying longer than 10 days? Then our cleaning hero comes by every week for a fresh turn. Rate: €75 (starting price, based on 2 people).

Towels & care ??

We have beautiful white and grey towels – we would like to keep them that way. Unfortunately, make-up, footprints or special stains will no longer disappear. In that case, we charge €12.50 replacement value per towel. There are tissues ready to remove make-up and other things.

Smoke ??

Smoking inside is not allowed. If you do it anyway, we have to call in a specialized company to professionally clean the air – costs at least €500,-.

Electricity ?

15 kWh per day is included. Only in the event of excessive consumption do we charge €0.50 per extra kWh.

Bed linen & towel service ???

Fresh bed linen, a towel and a bath towel are available for each guest. The beds are wonderfully made on arrival – your holiday starts right away!

Departure ??

Deliver the house and the outdoor terrace swept clean and tidy. If our cleaning team has extra work due to clutter left behind, we charge €25 per extra hour.

No parties ??

Just to be clear: parties or noisy gatherings are absolutely not allowed. The neighbors immediately call the police and in the event of a complaint, we charge at least €500 in compensation via this platform. Our license is at stake – and we would like to keep it.

Wireless fiber internet is included, as is the parking space in the underground garage.
