Casa Alegría is a spacious and bright apartment in Estepona Centre - with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a swimming pool!!  

Historic center 6 minutes walk and the promenade 10 minutes! Everything is within walking distance.

The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms. It has  a large living room with dining table for 6 people + sitting area with a TV. The TV contains a chromecast so that everything can be streamed to the TV. In addition, the apartment contains a spacious kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Nespresso machine. 

Next to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, wrought board and drying rack. 
In addition, the apartment has two spacious terraces with unobstructed views of the mountain. Lovely to enjoy the sunset in the evening. 

Casa Alegría has 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and the other a bathtub

We are Ruben and Rowan and we are the happy owners of this fantastic apartment. We are a family with two small boys and often enjoy Casa Alegria ourselves. Alegria means happiness, and as you can imagine we are so happy with this place!

In 2019 we came to the town of Estepona for the first time. We immediately fell in love with this place. Since then, we've come back every year. As far as we are concerned, Estepona has everything you expect from a holiday destination.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
