Bienvenidos in our apartment Costa y Sol, located directly on the beach in a quiet urbanization with swimming pool. Coast, sun, sea and beach, that's this holiday spot, can you already see yourself floating in the pool overlooking the sea?
The apartment is brightly furnished, with sliding doors to the garden of the urbanization, which you can use all day. There is a BBQ area and a playground. Beach, sun, sea, holidays, we have brought all this back into the interior of Costa y Sol. In September 2024 we bought this apartment and furnished it in a way that we would desire ourselves if we rented a holiday apartment, with the murmur of the sea in the background.
The apartment is very centrally located to sights. Estepona center is a 10-minute drive away and in a 12-minute drive you can be at the nice market at Puerto Banús on Saturday, Marbella old town is about a 25-minute drive away. 55 minutes drive to Malaga airport.
There are plenty of cozy and delicious restaurants nearby within walking distance. The cozy beach club Sonora is only a 5-minute walk along the sea via a romantic board walk. The new Laguna beach is a 6-minute drive and a 30-minute walk. Selwo Nature Park is nearby.
Groceries can be done within walking distance in a small supermarket, which is open 7 days a week until twelve o'clock in the evening. The large supermarkets such as Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl or Carrefour are all just a few minutes' drive away. ATMs are also available at the Mercadona and Carrefour.
There are a number of small rules from the Urbanization such as no loud music after 23:00 or crowds outside. Therefore, our apartment is quite suitable for families or couples or people who come for their rest.
There is a free private parking space on the private urbanization.
