This beautiful apartment near Estepona golf has been purchased by us mainly for rental. The apartment is very luxurious and modern. On the ground floor with terrace and garden. From the terrace you have a view of the beautiful garden and the swimming pool. The lagoon opened not so long ago and is within walking distance. Here you can go canoeing, pedal boating and surfing. All water sports facilities are free of charge. It is surrounded by a white sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, a playground and fitness equipment. There is a special entrance for owners and tenants with a private beach. There are also 3 swimming pools here . In the Chiringuito (beach restaurant) you can have a delicious lunch or a drink (open until 7 pm and only open in summer). The Chiringuito and the owners part of the lagoon are open from May/June-October. In winter, the entrance is at the restaurant.
A new restaurant overlooking the lagoon opened in May 2023. This restaurant is open from morning until late at night. So for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a fitness room recently. This can be used free of charge by owners and tenants.
