This comfortable single-storey villa is located in a quiet natural environment near the white village of Comares, in the Axarquía (province of Málaga).
The house has 3 bedrooms for 6 people and extra sleeping accommodation for 2 guests. Thanks to the practical layout and the ground floor design, the villa is suitable for families and groups of friends.
From the spacious terrace you can enjoy an impressive view over the almond and olive valleys. The sun shines here from morning until about 17:00. The private pool, outdoor dining area and barbecue area complete the outdoor living.
Its location offers complete peace and privacy, while Málaga and the beaches of the Costa del Sol are easily accessible.
An ideal place for those who love nature, silence and authentic Andalusia.

One unit in one of the bedrooms
One unit in the hallway for the two other bedrooms

The villa has an exceptional location, which combines the local atmosphere with easy access to the main tourist attractions of Andalusia:
Two local restaurants in Los Ventorros are a 5 minute walk away and can be reached without a car.
Comares is a 10-minute drive away.
Visit the Moorish village (bars, restaurants, mini-market, tobacconist) and enjoy the three via ferratas and the 400-meter-long zipline.
Beach: 35 minutes by car. Beach of Torre del Mar.
Málaga: 40 minutes by car. Discover the museums (Picasso, Pompidou, Automobile), the Alcazaba, the cathedral and the famous Malagueta beach. The Caminito del Rey is also easily accessible.

Deposit: A refundable deposit of €500 (cleaning/damage) will be requested upon arrival.
Minimum age: The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Pets: Pets are allowed upon prior request and after our approval. Costs: € 50 per pet.
Heated pool: €190 per week.
Air conditioning (package): A package of € 30 per week is included. Use outside this package will be charged (on average: €1 per hour).
Long-term rental: For stays longer than 28 days, €0.35/kWh of electricity will be charged.
