Villa El Botin is undeniably: 'A house with a view'! Everywhere you look around, even from the heated pool, the beautiful scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. You will be surrounded by the incredible beauty of nature and vast olive and almond groves.
The house is located just a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Andalusian village of Comares, voted 'Pueblo magico d'España'. There are lovely terraces, some shaded, so you can also eat outside.
Villa El Botin has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning on a 'pay as you use' basis and 2 bathrooms. There is a very cozy and comfortable living room with pellet stove and a large sliding window that opens onto the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils. There is TV, DVD, stereo, FREE WIFI and plenty of parking.
The heated swimming pool is available from 1 April to 15 November. There are terraces with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue invites you to cook and dine outside. This part of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe.

Please keep in mind that the target group of our villas are families and friends who want to spend a wonderful and pleasant holiday together and that they are therefore not suitable for noisy party holidays. The interior and the quiet environment do not lend themselves to this.
The beautiful white village of Comares has been named 'Pueblo Magico d'España' and is often called 'The Pearl of the Axarquia'. There are cozy restaurants and bars, a supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood oven!), banks, a pharmacy and an ATM. A doctor is present every morning.
Just outside the village you can enjoy the via ferratas of the largest Tirolina in Spain.
The beautiful surroundings invite you to walk, cycle, mountain bike or just relax and enjoy the view: breathtaking views over the mountains to the Mediterranean Sea.
The multi-award-winning beach of Torre del Mar is about a 40-minute drive from the house. You will find many nice 'chiringuitos' (beach restaurants) where you can enjoy crackling fresh fish that comes straight from the nearby fishing port of Caleta de Velez.
Velez Malaga, which is located next to Torre del Mar, has a large commercial center and you will find a wide range of supermarkets. Málaga, pearl of gastronomy and culture, is only an hour's drive away. Visit one of the many museums, a real Flamenco show or 'shop till you drop' in the famous Calle Larios. Málaga really does have something for everyone and every visitor will instantly fall in love with this pleasant, cozy and beautiful city.
Villa El Botin is also perfectly located to visit other parts of Andalusia. Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) or the world-famous Caminito del Rey are all easy to visit on a day trip.

Air conditioning costs: 30 euros per week are included in your rate, after which you pay for what you use. The average cost is €1 for 1 hour, depending on the temperature setting. Please note that air conditioning is only available in all rooms.
