The total rent as stated consists of the basic rent, the costs for utilities, bed linen and towels and other items as stated in the description of the holiday home. 

The rental price must be paid by bank transfer to the bank account of the landlord or by means of a payment link which is in the reservation confirmation. In the absence of timely and full payment, no rental agreement will be concluded.
The deposit is € 300.00 and the mandatory final cleaning is € 150.00 per booking. The deposit and final cleaning must be paid in cash on site prior to the stay.

The landlord reserves the right to deduct the costs of excessive use of gas, water and electricity from the deposit. All direct and indirect damage to the house and its contents will be deducted from the deposit, unless the damage is not attributable to the tenant. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period and after inspection of the property by the property manager.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by the Renter to the Lessor. The Renter has the right to cancel the rental agreement free of charge within 7 days of booking, unless the stay starts within one month of booking.

In other cases, the Renter has the right to cancel the rental agreement against payment of cancellation fees:

I) In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the stay: 25% of the rent;
II) In case of cancellation up to 28 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the rent;
III) In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the stay: 75% of the rent.

In case of cancellation within 14 days before the start of the stay, the full rent remains due. In this case, the Renter is not entitled to a refund
