Welcome to El Patio de la Loma, a villa that captures your heart from the first moment. The beating centerpiece is a breathtaking patio, where a graceful palm tree as the centerpiece brings everything together: light, shadow and life. An oasis of peace and coolness during the day, a magical place in the evening under a twinkling starry sky.

The villa offers complete privacy without being overlooked and welcomes up to 8 guests. There are three bedrooms with luxury box-spring beds, one of which has an extra sofa bed. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and there are two additional bathrooms, so that everyone can retreat in comfort.

Inside, a professionally equipped kitchen, a bright living room, and a cozy lounge with cozy wood-burning fireplace await. Thanks to the gas central heating and air conditioning , the villa feels warm and inviting in any season.

What really sets this house apart is the atmosphere. El Patio de la Loma is not your average holiday home, but a place with soul and character. The décor is a refined mix of Moorish details, warm accents and breathtaking colors. In the bedrooms you will find beautiful bedding and carefully chosen decorations that evoke a feeling of calm and pampering. Everything here exudes authenticity and beauty.

Outside, the magic unfolds: four terraces, each with its own atmosphere, a large heated swimming pool surrounded by a manicured garden, and a view from the loma that turns into a painting every day.

All electricity, water, gas and therefore also the air conditioning and heating of the swimming pool are included in our rental prices.

Thanks to its location, the villa is the ideal base to discover the beauties of Andalusia during day trips: Granada, Ronda, Córdoba, Caminito del Rey and many more beautiful places. Just a 5-minute drive away is the charming, whitewashed village of Comares, with its winding streets, shops, bars, restaurants and a pharmacy. Those who prefer to stay close by will find two cosy bars/restaurants within walking distance – perfect for a delicious meal or a glass of wine close to home.

The surrounds invite you to explore: follow one of the signposted hiking trails, or set off, on foot or by bike, through the Montes de Málaga, a protected natural area where silence and beauty reign supreme. And if you fancy the sea and beach, you can drive to the beautiful beach of Torre del Mar in less than half an hour.

Less than an hour's drive away, Málaga, the jewel in the crown of the Costa del Sol, awaits. A vibrant city full of gastronomy, fashion and culture, where modern flair and Moorish history go hand in hand.

All electricity, water and gas is included in the price , so also HEATED SWIMMING POOL and AIR CONDITIONING. 


CANCELLATION POLICY.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

• cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge

• cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

• cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

You are looking forward to this booked Villa for about 8 months. You get off the plane in Malaga and straight into the summer. After a special route, you arrive at the top of a mountain where the villa is waiting for you. It is quiet, the blue water of the pool beckons, cools. You live in a kind of little paradise where you are provided with everything. La Linda has already laid out some stuff for you so that you can acclimatize quietly. The king-size rooms give you a good night's sleep and the extensive kitchen tempts you to make beautiful dishes. An outdoor terrace gives you the opportunity to take in beautiful views and when the sun goes down in the evening, it is the night silence that allows you to muse and unwind. You have a drink, you don't do anything, you have a holiday: what you have been looking forward to so much. It's waiting for you at Finca La Loma.
