Located in the heart of Comares, a picturesque whitewashed village that has been awarded as a 'Pueblo Mágico de España', Casa del Castillo promises you an unforgettable experience.
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious living room, equipped with cozy corners and an attractive fireplace.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Large windows allow abundant daylight to flood in and provide direct access to the impressive pool deck, where you can enjoy the breathtaking vistas that reach all the way to the Mediterranean Sea.
On the first floor you will find a relaxation lounge and three beautifully decorated bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms open onto a balcony. There is also a second separate bathroom for added comfort and convenience.
The outdoor space is truly spectacular. An expansive terrace, partly covered, features luxurious lounge sets and a summer outdoor kitchen, including a charcoal barbecue, dining table, sink and bar. The absolute highlight is the elegant swimming pool, where a glass wall allows you to enjoy the breathtaking surroundings in peace.
Located at an altitude of 700 meters, Casa del Castillo is located in Comares, a typical Andalusian white village. The narrow streets wind through enchanting corners, offering spectacular views every step of the way. The surrounding area is surrounded by unspoiled nature with trails that are perfect for walks, bike rides or simply to relax and enjoy the beauty of the landscape.

Within walking distance of the house you will find a supermarket, pharmacy and several cozy bars and restaurants. Free parking is available just a two-minute walk away.
For a day trip, you can reach the famous beach of Torre del Mar in just 30 minutes. Stroll along the beautiful promenade, taste fresh fish in one of the many chiringuitos or enjoy a delicious ice cream. In the nearby city of Vélez-Málaga you will find a large shopping center and several supermarkets for all your groceries.
