Explanation of prices

Reservation is made after acceptance of your booking and receipt of the deposit of 10% of the rental amount.

The remainder must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. The deposit is € 200.00. This will be refunded to you within 2 weeks after the rental period if the apartment has been left in good order and no damage has been found. €100.00 will be charged for final cleaning. Towels and bed linen are widely available. Free powerful Wi-Fi and Dutch TV in the living room and bedroom. The apartment will be delivered to you clean and final cleaning will be provided.

Cancellation policy:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between 6 and 3 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 3 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

BENALMADENA-PUEBLO Is the old town center. One of the cozy and quaint white villages. Nice streets, squares and restaurants. PUERTO MARINA Is one of the best marinas on the Mediterranean with 1000 berths and has been rated several times as the most beautiful marina in Europe. The marina is constructed in a completely Moorish style. The boulevard is pleasantly busy all year round, partly thanks to the nice shops and the various types of restaurants. BENALMADENA COSTA On the coast is BENALMADENA-COSTA with a pleasant and endless boulevard with cozy terraces, restaurants and shops. ARROYO DE LA MIEL 10 minutes by car from our apartment. Arroyo is a place with a pleasant entertainment square, where the weekly market (on Friday) is also held. It is also THE place to go out for the Spaniards themselves, good food, a must to take a look. There are also many cozy shops around the square. Lots of restaurants, tapas bars. COSTA DEL SOL Also called Costa del Golf. Within a radius of 20 km there are approximately 30 golf courses, varying from 9 holes to 36 holes. This region has everything to offer such as: beach, sea, fantastic views, beautiful hinterland with historic cities, luxury restaurants, marinas, and top hotels, 4 and 5 star category. The average annual temperature at the COSTA DEL SOL is 22 degrees. Thanks to its geographical location on the bay of MALAGA and at the bottom of the SIERRA DE MIJAS mountain range which protects the region from the cold as well as from most dry and hot north winds, the infamous terrales, it enjoys an enviable microclimate with mild temperatures during the whole year. The average winter temperature is between 18 and 20 degrees. The sun shines 365 days a year. 325 MALAGA The 2000 year old provincial capital and port city of MALAGA is about 20 km away from the apartment. MALAGA is a large city with 600,000 inhabitants and still has a beautiful old town. MALAGA is easily accessible by train. Boarding at the station in Arroyo de la Miel. MARBELLA The jet-set town is located about 25 km from BENALMADENA and can be reached via a beautiful coastal road or the highway which is 5 minutes from the apartment. Walking through the city you will come across the most beautiful places, such as the old Moorish district of Albaicin, a cheerful maze of white houses, streets and stairs. From this district you have a beautiful view of the Alhambra. This enchanting Arabian palace is best visited in the early morning when the number of visitors is low. You will certainly be impressed by the far-reaching subtlety of the architectural style and the fairytale atmosphere. But although there are plenty of traces of history in Granada, you will also notice that Granada is a city of this time, full of life, contemporary shops and bars. It is also one of the best known university cities in Spain. The city is conveniently located for other worth seeing cities such as Seville and Cordoba. From Granada it is an hour's drive to the coast. SKIING IN THE SIERRA NEVADA Just 2.5 hours drive from our apartment is the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada. The Sierra Nevada is an ideal ski area for both beginners and advanced skiers. Wide slopes to master skiing, but also advanced slopes and a snowboarding paradise.From Sierra Nevada you have a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and Africa from the Veleta (at approx. 3300 m altitude) in good weather! Sierra Nevada also has snow cannons that ensure that you can ski here until late in the season. You can also spend a day shopping or sightseeing in Granada, just half an hour from the ski resort. HIKING IN THE ALPUJARRAS On the southern flank of the Sierra Nevada in Spain lies one of the most beautiful regions of Andalusia: the Alpujarras. This castle is located just outside Benalmádena Pueblo. It was an initiative of Dr. Esteban Martin Martin. A big fan of Christopher Columbus, this physician from the United States felt that there was little recognition for the world-famous explorer. He had Castillo de Colomares built as a tribute.
