You enter the penthouse into a bright and spacious living/dining room. Patio doors open onto the beautiful terrace. The terrace has a private jacuzzi, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, sun loungers and great views. The apartment has a small, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and two bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds. Casa Isla de Benalmadena 1 has air conditioning and heating. There is a communal swimming pool (open all year round), lovely gardens, a lift and private parking. Although you are in a quiet area, you can access bars, restaurants, banks, shops and much more within a few minutes' walk! The famous Puerto Marina is just a 10-minute walk from the flat.

The city of Malaga is about 12 km to the west, and Marbella is about the same distance but in an easterly direction. Benalmadena Costa is home to most of the attractions in the area, the most important of which are undoubtedly its beautiful beaches. There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and there is a year-round

La Paloma Park is a beautiful location in the centre of Benalmadena Costa. There is a stunning array of flora and fauna, with a menagerie of animals including chickens, rabbits, goats and exotic birds.
The park is beautifully landscaped with themed gardens and rock waterfalls that run down to the lake. There are two bars in the park where you can relax in the evening while listening to the call of peacocks.

Next to the La Paloma park, you can visit Selwo Marina, the sister of Selwo Adventure Park. Modeled around various locations in South America, you can see dolphins, sea lions, crocodiles, exotic birds and
Watching snakes up close. Recently, a penguin enclosure has been built that gives a glimpse of Antarctica in Andalusia.

There is a wide choice of golf courses in the Benalmadena area.

Benalmadena has a subtropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. A cooling sea breeze makes the summer heat bearable, the average summer temperature is 32 degrees.

Many travel agencies offer day trips to Granada and the magnificent Alhambra Palace, a marvel of Moorish architecture. Also to Cordoba where you can visit the unique Mezquita and of course to Seville, the
unsurpassed capital of Andalusia.
