The ski area in the Sierra Nevada is about 2.5 hours away.

This duplex penthouse is tastefully furnished.  Comfortable new beds with box spring mattresses.

Spacious separate kitchen with table and chairs and adjacent utility room with washing machine

Choice of:

2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (see photos bedrooms 1 and 2)

or with a supplement of €400,--   for:
3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. (bedroom 3 with ensuite bathroom in the photos). 

All beds are equipped with new and high quality mattresses and can be set up as a 1 or 2 bed on request.

Bedroom 1 on the living floor is equipped with a KING SIZE (1.80) bed with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, sink, bidet and toilet with access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 on the upper floor, equipped with 2 single beds  with separate bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet on the living floor.

Bedroom 3 upstairs, equipped with a KING SIZE (1.80) bed with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and bidet. This bedroom gives access to a terrace of approx. 12 m2.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on 1 floor higher than the living floor.

* Public transport is cheap and the bus to (the station of) Arroyo de la Miel stops in front of the door. Here the train leaves for Fuengirola and Malaga.
* A rental car naturally gives you more freedom
* Taxi stand on the public road, in front of the complex

LOCATION
Benalmádena is divided into 3 main areas and combines a traditional Spanish village with a modern seaside resort

On the hill is Benalmádena Pueblo, an authentic white Andalusian village with only white houses in narrow streets with a few centrally located squares with excellent restaurants

Arroyo de la Miel, a pleasantly busy residential area with nice shopping streets, terraces and the market on Friday morning

Benalmádena Costa, located on the sea side with several small and large beaches and many restaurants

Due to its proximity to many tourist attractions, vibrant nightlife and golden sandy beaches, Benalmádena is a TOP LOCATION and therefore one of the most fantastic and unforgettable holiday resorts on the Costa del Sol!

Not suitable for families with babies and small children who cannot yet swim. There is no paddling pool. The apartment does not have a baby cot and a high chair etc.
