CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION BY CUSTOMER Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent to us in writing, by e-mail, fax or post and will be effective on the day the request is received. You will be liable for any cancellation or modification fees described below.
- If the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, a penalty of 30% of the rental amount will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, a penalty of 100% of the rental amount will be charged.
