Port Nou Peniscola

You will immediately fall in love with this house: the location close to the sea, within walking distance of the picturesque town of Peñíscola and the view is to dream of. Even in high season, there is a soothing silence and you can enjoy the sound of the waves. The house is fully equipped. There is a cozy living room with open kitchen,  with both a microwave (microwave oven) and a regular oven. Of course there is a large fridge and a double sink. On the upper floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with bath). There is also a part where the washing machine is located. The bedrooms  are   air-conditioned. There is also heating for the winter, although its south-facing location usually makes it unnecessary. The living room has sliding doors leading out to the huge terrace, which offers breathtaking views over the sea and the Sierra de Irta. 
The lower floor consists of a large double bedroom with double bed,  sitting area and another double sofa bed.  So that a total of 8 people can sleep. Furthermore, there is a storage room, a large bathroom and a great walk-in closet. 
In front of the door you will find a double private parking space. 
Of course there is also a lovely swimming pool. No chlorine smells, but a modern salt water system, much better for the environment and your skin.
The sea is nearby and you can swim well into November, as the water temperature is still above 20 degrees.
Port Nou is ideal for bringing your pet, as the house is located on a cul-de-sac that leads directly to the hiking trails of the Sierra de Irta Natural Park. 
Due to its beautiful south-facing location, this is a very suitable home to spend the winter.
Peñíscola has been voted the most beautiful village in Spain this year. It is known as the residence of Pope Luna (Papa Luna, Benedict) during the schism of Rome. His castle is therefore an important attraction.  Concerts and theater plays are also performed here throughout the year. But most tourists come for the miles of sandy beaches. Don't miss the annual Maria festivities, 2 weeks of singing, dancing, fireworks and other entertainment 24 hours a day. The festivals have been declared national cultural heritage. The fiestas fall every year between 8 (Mary's birthday): and about  20 September.
