Port Nou Peniscola

You will immediately fall in love with this house: the location near the sea, within walking distance of the picturesque town of Peñíscola and the view is to dream of. Even in high season, there is a soothing silence and you can enjoy the sound of the waves. The house is fully equipped. There is a cozy living room with open kitchen, with both a microwave (microwave oven) and a regular oven. Of course there is a large refrigerator and a double sink. On the upper floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath). There is also a section where the washing machine is located. The bedrooms and the living room are all air-conditioned. There is also heating for the winter, although its south-facing position usually makes it unnecessary. The living room has sliding doors to the huge terrace, which offers breathtaking views over the sea and the Sierra de Irta.
The ground floor consists of a large double bedroom with double bed, sitting area and a further double sofa bed. So that a total of 8 people can sleep. There is also a storage room, a large bathroom and a great walk-in closet.
In front of the door you will find a double private parking space.
Of course there is also a lovely swimming pool. No chlorine smells, but a modern salt water system, much better for the environment and your skin.
The sea is nearby and you can swim well into November, when the water temperatures are still above 20 degrees.
Port Nou is ideal for bringing your pet, because the house is located on a dead end road that leads directly to the hiking trails of the Sierra de Irta Natural Park.
Due to its beautiful location on the south, this is a very suitable house to spend the winter.
Peñíscola was voted the most beautiful village in Spain this year. It is known as the residence of Pope Luna (Papa Luna, Benedict) during the schism of Rome. His castle is therefore an important attraction. Concerts and plays are also staged here throughout the year. But most tourists come for the miles of sandy beaches. Do not miss the annual Marian feasts, 2 weeks of singing, dancing, fireworks and other entertainment 24 hours a day. The fiestas have been declared national cultural heritage. The feasts fall every year between 8 (birthday Mary): and about September 20.
