Beautifully situated duplex with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. Perfect for holidays, both the location and the facilities. This property is located in the Cerromar area bordering the Sierra d'Irta nature reserve. The shared swimming pool is accessible from June to September. At 5 minutes by car you will find the famous beaches of Peniscola, the adventurer can also opt for the deserted beaches of Sierra d'Irta. The azure blue sea can be seen from every room.
The duplex apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with sitting and dining area, a kitchen and a large terrace.
Two bedrooms have a king-size bed, 1 bedroom a 1.5 m wide bed, and 1 bedroom a bunk bed and single bed.
One pet allowed.
Peniscola is located 148 km above Valencia and 200 km below Barcelona. The nearest airport is Castellon (40 km) via Ryanair from Charleroi.
