Modern and cozy duplex house with 3 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms, 3 terraces with sea views and a shared swimming pool. Fully equipped such as: dishwasher, washing machine, 3 air conditioners. Close to the sea, beach, nature and city.

Our apartment is surrounded by palm trees, flowers, the sea and the mountains. Close to Peniscola an authentic Spanish town with many terraces, restaurants, culture and shops. In this town you will find, among other things, the largest labyrinth in Europe. There are also annual parties such as the film festival (Game of Thrones was partly filmed here). If you want something different, it is an hour and a half drive to Valencia and an hour to Tarragona.

Castellon Airport is a 30-minute drive from Peniscola. You can fly to this airport with Ryanair via Weeze or Charleroi.

Hello,
Since 2022 we have this great spot by the sea on the edge of the Sierra d'Irta nature reserve and the old town of Peniscola under the Spanish sun. If we do not use it with our family, we rent it to people who are ready for a holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The lessor will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the lessee:
- cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- in case of cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- in case of cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only informs the landlord on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not (any longer) use the rented property, he remains liable for the full rental price.
