You have sea views and views of the bay from the living / dining room and of course also from the spacious terrace!

Oropesa del Mar has 6 beautiful beaches, beautiful promenades and a lively harbour. There is a variety of restaurants and bars and many shops in the town.
In Oropesa del Mar you can enjoy the local dishes and the Spanish culture.

Playa de la Concha and Playa Moro de Gos have been awarded a blue flag. The long sandy beaches spoil sunbathers, water sports enthusiasts and families with children.
In Oropesa del Mar you will find not only beaches with fine sand and gently sloping seabed, but also rocks surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation.
Playa de la Concha is a 700-meter long beach and is sheltered by the bay. The water is generally calm. It has a lovely promenade with numerous bars and restaurants.

The landscape of Oropesa del Mar is certainly varied. During the day you can stroll through the old town with its narrow streets leading to the ruins of the ancient ramparts and the castle, which dates back to the time of the Arabs. In the evening you can enjoy a quiet terrace or the nightlife in the bars or discotheques.

There are plenty of water sports opportunities in Oropesa del Mar. Windsurfing, water skiing, sailing, sport fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the offerings. You can also go horseback riding, karting and golf. You don't have to be bored because there is a lot to do in the area, e.g.

We are a retired Belgian couple. We have realized our dream and moved permanently to Spain in 2023. Every day we enjoy the beautiful nature, the cozy villages, the good food and of course the sunny weather. On one of our trips we fell in love with Playa de la Concha in Oropesa del Mar and bought our 2nd stay there. It is this apartment that we rent out.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Due to a new law (from 2025), we are obliged to stipulate that there must be a minimum stay of 11 nights.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason (except in the event of a travel ban by the government), the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period : 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
