Villa Indegloria

Detached, single-storey house (108 m2) with air conditioning and private swimming pool in a beautiful garden (1650 m2) with lots of privacy, parking space and barbecue, with a fence and a lockable gate. Located at a distance of 6.5 km from Chiclana.

The villa is our second home, or rather our second home. It is very comfortably furnished and fully equipped. The living/dining room has a built-in wood stove and air conditioning. The TV receives all Dutch channels and there is a music system with CD player. In the master bedroom there is air conditioning and there are 3 beds, a large built-in closet where the bed linen and towels are also located and there is a small TV that receives the Spanish channels. The small bedroom has 2 beds  and a wardrobe. In the bathroom there is of course a sink and toilet and a walk-in shower. In February 2019 we installed a completely new and very complete kitchen, refrigerator with a large freezer underneath, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, extractor hood. In the kitchen are also the washing machine and the dryer. In front of the house is an indoor terrace with three arches and in front of it a large terrace with an awning. A cot and high chair are also available on request. 

The garden has a size of 1650 square meters and is completely enclosed by a fence. The front and back is closed by a wall with in front of the gate where you can enter by car. There is a lot of grass in the garden that is mowed and watered regularly. We have many fruit trees such as figs, apricots, plums, pears and small apples. There is also an olive tree and an almond, which blooms beautifully in spring. In the borders there are many roses, geraniums, jasmine, hibiscus, yuccas, bougainvillea, a type of mimosa and many succulents.

Of course there are comfortable garden furniture and sunbeds so that you can relax anywhere in the garden, both in the shade and in the sun. Our neighbor takes care of the garden with a lot of love and of course in consultation with you. He also takes care of the pool and the necessary repairs, all in consultation with our son. Our children both speak both Dutch and Spanish, in addition to many other languages. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the countryside with the port town of Puerto Real in the background.On one of the terraces there is a stone barbecue at your disposal. We hope that you will leave it clean and of course that you are very careful with fire because in the summer Andalucia is very dry and the risk of fires is high.
