Private villa with pool by the sea

The villa lies in the nature of the Strait of Gibraltar. Here the climate is different than the rest of southern Spain. The summer heat is a carbon copy less (usually the temperature does not rise above 32 degrees), the nights are relatively fresh in the summer, with minimums around 18 degrees. There is often a breeze, and occasionally strong winds.

Internet and telephone connections are in the nature suboptimal: The villa is equipped with a fast WIFI connection. This connection is through 4G. This is usually fast, however, depends on the weather, the signal sometimes less. Either, internet works fine, but is not as reliable as a normal DSL connection. Since it is 4G, the use is limited to 1GB. You can, however, depending extra GB for 10 Euro each buy more.

Mobile phone coverage is poor. Calling works, but extensive conversations tricky by glitches in range.

The villa is built into the hillside. Because of this you need from the garage with an outside staircase to the level where the house, terrace and pool. This is about 25 steps. This is normally not a problem, but if you have mobility problems or one hate stairs then this is an important point.

Important in terms of facilities in the immediate area: The beautiful location also means that you are not in mass tourism, and even in a regular 'urban'. There are two restaurants in the building. However, no shops and no cafes. These have plenty from Getares (10 minutes, 6 km). In short, always keep a stash at home for a nice breakfast or dinner, or other necessities.
