The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped, so you can fully relax and enjoy the tranquility, the sea and the beautiful surroundings.

Within walking distance you will find cozy restaurants, a small supermarket and beautiful walking routes along the coast. Because we know the area well, we are happy to share our favorite places and personal tips.

Hi, thank you for your interest. We rent our cozy FRIENDS beach house. Have been there for years and know the environment well. My brothers are the owners of bar restaurant FRIENDS, which is around the corner. For us it is the combination of directly on the sea, Cambrills, shopping in Tarragona, seeing friends at Camping Playa Mont-roig (5 min), mountains, Barcelona every now and then and delicious food in the area which makes it so attractive makes. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.The tenant pays 40% directly upon booking. The remaining 60% will be charged 6 weeks before the start days of the rental period. If the tenant cancels the agreement, he will still owe 40% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks on the start date of the rental period 80%. If the tenant announces during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
