The villa offers Wi-Fi throughout the house and on the terrace, so you can stay connected during your stay.
To ensure your comfort during the warmer months, the house is equipped with three strategically placed air conditioning units, providing a pleasant temperature throughout the villa.
Music lovers will enjoy the Alexa smart speakers located in different areas of the house. Simply ask Alexa to play your favourite music, radio stations, or playlists and enjoy the perfect atmosphere at any time of the day.
For your evenings, the living room features a high-quality home entertainment system, including a powerful sound system connected to the television, creating an immersive cinema experience for movies, series, and music.

Nature & Surroundings
One of the greatest attractions of our villa is its location.
The property is situated in the countryside, surrounded by nature, olive trees, and the peaceful landscapes of the Ebro Delta. Here you'll enjoy privacy, tranquillity, fresh air, and beautiful sunsets away from busy tourist areas.
As with any rural environment, you may occasionally encounter mosquitoes, insects, geckos, or other small wildlife, particularly during the warmer months. This is a completely normal part of country living and reflects the natural environment surrounding the villa.
The property is regularly maintained to provide a clean and comfortable stay, but nature is part of the experience, and we hope you'll enjoy everything this unique setting has to offer.
Electricity Fee
To keep our accommodation price as competitive as possible, we apply a fixed electricity fee of €10 per night.
This contribution helps cover energy costs while allowing us to keep the nightly accommodation price lower for all guests, rather than including these costs in the standard rate.
We kindly ask all guests to use air conditioning and other electrical appliances responsibly, helping us preserve both the environment and the quality of the accommodation.
