The coast of Ametlla de Mar consists of 20 km made up of beautiful and unspoiled beaches and coves, all with different characteristics. Towards the north more of fine white sand with all kinds of services, or to the south more isolated rocky beaches with large P.E.I.N. areas protected due to their high ecological interest.

Its abrupt profile, made up of beautiful cliffs with Mediterranean vegetation, which, accompanied by beaches and coves, make some wonderful and virgin landscapes unique in the Mediterranean Coast.

The GR92 coastal path also known as the Mediterranean path runs along its entire coastline and is an excellent way to discover each one of the coves and beaches of the population.

El Perelló is located 150 meters above sea level and offers a diverse landscape where we can find sea and mountains, it is located in front of the Gulf of Sant Jordi, rugged by the eastern buttresses of the Cardó mountains and the Sierra del Boix and drained in this part by small torrents and ravines that drain into the sea.

Its historical vestiges, natural landscapes and beaches are part of its rich tourist attraction. El Perelló is a quiet town, ideal for spending family vacations. The extra virgin olive oil and the production of honey are notable, being the first producing town in Catalonia.

The Perellón coast stretches for about 5 km and goes from the Àlia Bridge to the Cap Roig Ravine, where the GR-92 coastal path passes.

Our coast is very diverse, we can find fine stone beaches, such as Santa Lucía, Morro de Gos, Cala Buena and the Puente de la Àlia; of sand such as Cala Moros and also the typical rocky coves such as Llosar del Mé and the Racó de Garretes beach.

All these beaches and coves are characterized by their tranquility, their natural beauty and their crystal clear waters.

The beach of Santa Lucía, together with Morro de Gos, is the largest in the municipality of El Perelló. The promenade that borders it allows you to walk among the pines and pitas until you reach a rocky area where you can practice fishing. This beach has all the essential services to make bathers and visitors spend a pleasant day.

Pebbles predominate on the Puente del Àlia beach, the coarse and rocky stones that give it a point of savagery. For those who prefer the quieter coves, they can go to Cala Buena or Cala Moros where the calm waves resonate between the reddish stone walls that surround it, unusual, relaxing and nature-loving corners.
