The location is excellent, from the crowds but still in the centre. At 100 meters there is a large supermarket. Restaurants, bars and shops are all very close.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a terrace of 80 (!) M2 with direct access to the garden and pool. On the terrace, there is a lounge area, dining table with 6 chairs, two loungers and a barbecue.
The apartment has three double bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms with toilet, bath/shower, sink and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, blender and everything else you need in the kitchen. The living room has a flat-screen smart TV with a PS3 satellite TV.
You have free Wi-Fi, washing machine, ironing facilities, and air conditioning. There are also board games and request a high chair and cot available.
The costs of gas, electricity water and wifi are included in the rental price. Not included are final-cleaning costs of € 85.- and the costs of bed and bath linen: €13.- per person per stay. (Optional. You can bring your own).
