Spacious recently renovated apartment, located in Vila-seca 3 quarters of an hour from Barcelona, 5 km from Salou and several beaches and water parks eg. Portaventura, consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 balcony and patio where you can enjoy comfortably in a quiet neighborhood with all the necessary services.

The living room and bedroom have air conditioning. The whole house is connected to central heating.

The space:
In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay, in the bathroom you have soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper. The kitchen has everything you need so you can cook, coffee maker, toaster, kettle are also provided. In the living room there is a large corner sofa, dining area and TV with Netflix and Videoland.

The 2 main rooms have a wardrobe. In the closets there are sheets, extra towels and duvets. The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator. Vila-seca is a small town and you can park anywhere without payment.

Within walking distance are several supermarkets, butchers and restaurants. On Thursdays there is a market in the neighborhood.

Dear tenants, we are a family with 3 children and live in the Netherlands. In March 2023 we bought this beautiful apartment in Vila-Seca.

We love walking in beautiful nature areas and luckily that is possible here.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
