Located on the Costa Dorada in L'Ametlla de Mar in the urbanization Les Tres Cales, with a tropical landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 800m2.
This 130m2 detached villa is attractively furnished, decorated with Mediterranean and oriental influences, no expense has been spared to optimally take care of your holiday comfort.
Classification
The living room is furnished with a dining area and sitting area, Canal Digital TV with Dutch channels, 50 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. The seating area is equipped with a fan. A double garden door gives you access to the spacious covered terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. A closed kitchen with every comfort with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass crockery are abundantly present. You can also count on plenty of table accessories. The kitchen opens onto the covered terrace with large wooden table and chairs. In a separate room you have a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The four bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have two single beds (0.80x2.00m), a third bedroom has three single beds (0.90x2.00m), two of which are placed together. The fourth bedroom has two single beds placed together (0.90x2.00m). All bedrooms have modern hanging modules, bedside tables, are tastefully and individually decorated. The bedrooms are all equipped with AIR CONDITIONING. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from 01 June to 30 September).
The villa has a spacious bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and hairdryer. A second bathroom is equipped with a closed shower with a glass wall, a sink and toilet.

Adjacent to the villa is the spacious covered terrace at the level of the lounge and kitchen, slightly lower the 110m2 sun terraces in natural stone with the private swimming pool. The large swimming pool (5x10m) with a wide Roman walk-in staircase, is inlaid with mosaic tiles and is equipped with halogen lighting. Around the pool you have wooden sunbeds all with cushions, to increase comfort. An outdoor shower, with cold water, is located at the edge of the sun terrace.
The upper terrace has full views over the pool, slopes over wide natural stone stairs to the lower sun terrace, surrounded by flower boxes with tropical plants and with a sitting area to chill out in. In this tropical landscaped garden there are many different types of palm trees, Provencal plants and herbs. In the vicinity of the villa there is a fixed barbecue area.

In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for baby of max. 3 years). If you wish to make use of this, you must report this when booking. This service is free of charge.
The villa is secured with wrought iron grills and shutters. There is space in the enclosed garden of the villa to park 2 cars.

The residential urbanization Les Tres Cales is located flat and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches. The villa is located 3100m from the sea and from one of the coves with fine sandy beach Cala Forn. 
Les Tres Cales has a small commercial center (1200m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. Features a sports zone (600m from the villa) with a restaurant, bar and covered terrace, equipped with mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc. Les Tres Cales is located just 5 km from the picturesque and picturesque fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities) to which it belongs.
