Quietly located villa on the Costa Dorade in L' Ametlla de Mar in the Les Tres Cales urbanization, located in a street that opens onto a natural gorge and large green area, with a tropically landscaped private garden of 1200 m2. This 150m2 detached villa is attractively furnished, decorated with Mediterranean and Moorish influences, and no expense has been spared to ensure your holiday comfort is optimal.

Layout The living room is furnished with a dining area and sitting area, Canal Digital TV with Dutch channels, 42 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. Two double garden doors give you access to the L-shaped covered terrace. A large, fully equipped semi-open kitchen opens onto the living room through an arcade, equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, microwave combination oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glassware are plentiful. You can also count on sufficient table accessories. The kitchen opens onto the indoor patio, with sun terrace and a beautiful olive tree, a covered terrace with L-shaped tiled seating area, with large wooden table and chairs. The second bedroom has two single beds placed apart (0.80x2.00m), a built-in wardrobe and opens onto the rear pavilion and the swimming pool. You also have a spacious bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. This bathroom includes a hairdryer. The living room has two brick sofa beds (0.80x1.80m).

The two other bedrooms are located in the adjacent tower, each with a separate entrance. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds (0.80x2.00m) and a wardrobe, the bedroom on the first floor has a double bed (1.50x2.00), a wardrobe and a sink. The bedrooms are all equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from June 1st to September 30th). The second bathroom is on the ground floor with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

All bedrooms each have built-in niches in a typical Moorish manner with appropriate decoration and colors. The tower fully opens onto the rear pavilion, with its tropical landscaped courtyard, 150m2 sun terrace with handmade tiles and wooden sun loungers with cushions. A large private swimming pool (5x10m) surrounded by sun terraces, with steps, inlaid with mosaic tiles and halogen lighting. At the head of the swimming pool there is a large covered terrace (9x4) with 5 arcades, an outdoor kitchen with sink and built-in barbecue, a large wooden dining table with 10 chairs and a large U-shaped lounge seating area for relaxing.

The front indoor patio and the rear courtyard around the swimming pool can be completely individually closed.

This charming villa has a total of 14 integrated arcades, outdoor lighting behind old roof tiles and many old water jars, which give this accommodation a special look and atmosphere.

The villa is secured with wrought iron grilles and wooden shutters and has a spacious driveway with space for several cars. At the end of the driveway, to the right of the garage, you have a drying line.

The residential urbanization Les Tres Cales is located flat and bordering the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear water and fine sandy beaches. The Villa is located 3100m from the sea and from one of the bays with a fine sandy beach, Cala Forn. Les Tres Cales has a small commercial center (1200m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. Has a sporting zone (600m from the villa) with a restaurant, bar and covered terrace, equipped with mini football , pétanque field, playground, etc.
