Villa located on the Costa Dorada in L'Ametlla de mar in the Calafat urbanization. Just 450m from one of the fine sandy beaches that can be found in the urbanization (Cala Calafat).

This detached villa is located in a tropically landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 700 m. The 100m2 villa is attractively furnished and decorated with oriental influences, no expense has been spared to ensure your holiday comfort is optimal.

Layout The living room has two different ceiling levels and is divided into a dining area and a sitting area, Canal Digital TV with Dutch channels, 46 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. Two double garden doors, one of which gives access to the covered side terrace with a large teak dining table (1.00x2.40m) with chairs and a second which gives access to the rear terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The kitchen has a 5-burner gas stove, microwave combination oven, refrigerator with three freezer drawers, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glassware are plentiful. You can also count on sufficient table accessories. In a separate room you have a dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The central hallway gives access to the 3 bedrooms and the indoor bathroom. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90x2.00m). The third bedroom has a sofa bed (1.60x2.00m). The bedrooms are all equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from June 1st to September 30th). The indoor bathroom is equipped with a bath, 2 sinks, toilet and hairdryer. Adjacent to the villa you have an outdoor shower room, the shower has hot and cold water, the sink has cold water.

Around the villa, 250m2 large terraces have been laid out in natural stone. The swimming pool (7x3.5m), inlaid with mosaic tiles and equipped with halogen lighting. Adjacent to the terraces are large flower boxes with tropical plants and palm trees. In the evening these are attractively illuminated. The villa has garden furniture consisting of teak dining tables and relaxation chairs, wooden sunbeds all equipped with cushions and a large U-shaped lounge seating area for relaxing. All this to increase your comfort. Adjacent to the covered terrace with dining table is a fixed barbecue.

This villa has a high chair and cot (for a baby of max. 3 years). If you wish to make use of this, you must report this when booking. This service is free.

The villa is secured with iron grilles and wooden shutters on all windows and doors. There is room for 2 cars to park within the enclosed garden.

The residential urbanization Calafat is located flat and bordering the sea, surrounded by beautiful bays with crystal clear water and fine sandy beaches, with its own marina Port Calafat and bay with fine sandy beach Cala Calafat. Calafat has a small commercial center (500m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, a sports zone with tennis, squash, mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc.

Calafat is located just 7 km from the picturesque and picturesque fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all banking, shopping and catering facilities) to which it belongs. Surrounded by a Provencal green mountain range, a preserved tourist zone without mass tourism, the beaches and bays are not overcrowded, you will find a nice balance between sun and sea, people and nature.
