The living room is furnished with a dining area and sitting area, Canal Digital TV with Dutch channels, 50 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. The seating area has a fan. A double garden door gives you access to the spacious covered terrace with a view of the garden and swimming pool. A closed kitchen with every comfort with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glassware are plentiful. You can also count on sufficient table accessories. The kitchen opens onto the covered terrace with large wooden table and chairs. In a separate room you have a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The four bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have two single beds (0.80x2.00m) placed apart from each other, a third bedroom has three single beds (0.90x2.00m), two of which are placed together. The fourth bedroom has two single beds placed next to each other (0.90x2.00m). All bedrooms have modern clothes hanging modules, bedside tables, are tastefully and individually decorated. The bedrooms are all equipped with AIRCO. (Air conditioning available from June 1 to September 15) Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from June 1st to September 30th).
The villa has a spacious bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and hairdryer. A second bathroom has a closed shower with a glass wall, a sink and toilet.

Adjacent to the villa is the spacious covered terrace at the lounge and kitchen, and slightly lower are the 110 m2 large sun terraces in natural stone, including the private swimming pool. The large swimming pool (5x10m) with wide Roman steps, is inlaid with mosaic tiles and has halogen lighting. Around the pool you have wooden sunbeds, all equipped with cushions, to increase comfort. An outdoor shower with cold water is located on the edge of the sun terrace.
The upper terrace has a full view over the swimming pool, slopes over wide steps in natural stone to the lower sun terrace, surrounded by flower boxes with tropical plants and a seating area for relaxing. This tropical landscaped garden contains many different types of palm trees, Provencal plants and herbs. There is a permanent barbecue area close to the villa.

This villa has a high chair and cot (for a baby of max. 3 years). If you wish to make use of this, you must report this when booking. This service is free.
The villa is secured with wrought iron grilles and shutters. There is room in the enclosed garden of the villa to park 2 cars.

The residential urbanization Les Tres Cales is located flat and bordering the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear water and fine sandy beaches. The Villa is located 3100m from the sea and from one of the bays with a fine sandy beach, Cala Forn.
Les Tres Cales has a small commercial center (1200m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. Has a sporting zone (600m from the villa) with a restaurant, bar and covered terrace, equipped with mini football , pétanque field, playground, etc. Les Tres Cales is located just 5 km from the picturesque and picturesque fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities) to which it belongs.
