Villa located on the Costa Dorada in L'Ametlla de mar in the Calafat urbanization. Villa is located in a cul-de-sac bordering a green area just 300 m from the beach (Cale Llobeta).

This detached villa is located in a tropically landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 500m2. The 100m2 villa is tastefully decorated with Mediterranean influences and no expense has been spared to ensure your holiday comfort is optimal.

Layout The L-shaped living room is divided into a dining area and a sitting area, Canal Digital TV with Dutch channels, 46 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. The double garden door on the side gives access to the sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool, with a large L-shaped lounge seating area for relaxing. The entrance door at the front opens onto the covered terrace, which also has a view of the swimming pool and is equipped with a large wooden dining table (2.60x0.78) with 8 chairs. A spacious kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glassware are plentiful. You can also count on sufficient table accessories. The washing machine is in a separate room in the courtyard and is also equipped with an ironing board and iron.

The central hallway gives access to the 3 bedrooms and the indoor bathroom. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90x2.00m). The third bedroom has two single bunk beds (4 persons) 90x 2.00m. The bedrooms are all equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from June 1st to September 30th).

The luxurious bathroom has 2 sinks, a rain shower, toilet and hairdryer. Hidden behind a bamboo forest in the garden, is the outdoor shower room with sink and hot and cold water.

Adjacent to the villa and the private swimming pool are the terraces made of natural stone and surrounded by tropical plants. In the evening these are attractively illuminated. From the front and side terraces you have a view of the swimming pool (8x4m), with wide steps, inlaid with mosaic tiles and equipped with halogen lighting. The villa has wooden garden furniture, sun beds and a large lounge seating area, all equipped with cushions, to increase comfort. In the garden, behind a bamboo forest and adjacent to the kitchen, there is a permanent outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink, an additional table and chairs. Through the sandy path in the green zone, which runs behind the plot, you are 300 meters from the beach (Cala Llobeta).

This villa has a high chair and cot (for a baby of max. 3 years). If you wish to make use of this, you must report this when booking. This service is free. The villa is secured with iron grilles and wooden shutters on windows and doors.

The residential urbanization Calafat is located flat and bordering the sea, surrounded by beautiful bays with crystal clear water and fine sandy beaches, with its own marina Port Calafat and bay with fine sandy beach Cala Calafat. Calafat has a small commercial center (400m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, a sports zone with tennis, squash, mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc.

Calafat is located just 7 km from the picturesque and picturesque fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities).
