Quietly located villa on the Costa Dorade in L'Ametlla de Mar in the urbanization Les Tres Cales, located in a street that opens onto a natural gorge and large green area, with a tropical landscaped private garden of 1200m2. This 150m2 detached villa is tastefully furnished, decorated with Mediterranean and Moorish influences, no expense has been spared to optimally take care of your holiday comfort.

The living room is furnished with a dining area and sitting area, Canal Digital TV with Dutch channels, 42 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. Two double French doors give you access to the L-shaped covered terrace. A large fully equipped semi-open kitchen opens through an arcade onto the living room, equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, microwave, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass service are abundantly available. You can also count on plenty of table accessories. The kitchen opens onto the inner patio, with sun terrace and a beautiful olive tree, a covered terrace with L-shaped tiled seating area, with large wooden table and chairs. Here you can have breakfast in peace in the morning.

Of the four bedrooms, two are located in the main house, one bedroom opens onto the interior patio and has a double bed (1.40x2.00m) and spacious fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.80x1.80m), a built-in wardrobe and opens onto the back pavilion and the swimming pool. You also have a spacious bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. This bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. 

The two other bedrooms are located in the adjoining tower, each of which has a separate entrance. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds (0.90x2.00m) and a wardrobe, the bedroom on the first floor has a double bed (1.50x2.00), a wardrobe and a sink. The bedrooms are all equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from 01 June to 30 September). The second bathroom is located on the ground floor with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

All bedrooms each have niches built in a typical Moorish way with appropriate decoration and colors. The tower opens completely onto the rear pavilion, with its tropical landscaped courtyard, 150m2 sun terrace with handmade tiles and equipped with wooden sunbeds with cushions. A large private swimming pool (5x10m) surrounded by sun terraces, with walk-in stairs, inlaid with mosaic tiles and halogen lighting. At the head of the pool there is a large covered terrace (9x4) with 5 arcades, an outdoor kitchen with sink and built-in barbecue, a large wooden dining table with 10 chairs and a large U-shaped lounge seating area to chill in.

The front inner patio and the rear courtyard around the pool can be closed completely individually.

This charming villa has a total of 14 integrated arcades, outdoor lighting incorporated behind old roof tiles and many old water jugs, which give this accommodation a distinct look and atmosphere.

The villa is secured with wrought iron grills and wooden shutters, has a spacious driveway, with space for several cars. 

The residential urbanization Les Tres Cales is located flat and bordering the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches.  The Villa is located 3100m from the sea and from one of the coves with fine sandy beach  Cala Forn.  Les Tres Cales has a small commercial center (1200m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. It has a sports area (600m from the villa) with a restaurant, bar and covered terrace, equipped with mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc.
