ISLA BONITA is located on the Costa Dorada, 130 km south of Barcelona at 45 km from Reus and Tarragona in the rural and residential green allotment San Jordi d'Alfama , 2.5 km  from sandy beach between beautiful rocky creeks and a beautiful blue-green Mediterranean Sea.

SHORT DESCRIPTION: 
ISLA BONITA consists of a main house and a guest house with separate entrance. The guest house is not rented separately. You always enjoy 100% privacy. Outside the summer months it is possible to rent only the main house. Conversely, you can never rent the guest house separately. Capacity main house : 6p Capacity guest house: 4p Capacity main house + guest house: MAX 12p.

TERRACE, SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN (East – South-West)
With the mild warm Mediterranean climate, you will live outside from May to the end of September. ISLA BONITA offers wonderfully large terraces in natural stone (190m2) where you can enjoy unlimited morning, afternoon or evening. Teak chairs and table for 12p  offer space for young and old. A large barbeque completes the party.
Under the 150-year-old olive tree, you can overlook the garden and enjoy a panorama that will leave you speechless.
The terraces around the pool are also a luxury of space and equipped with at least 10 aluminum sunbeds. The pool itself with the unusual dimensions of 12X6 makes everyone happy. In the evening it is illuminated with 2 large spotlights and you can enjoy a Tahitian starry sky in a clear sky...... because no light pollution.....
The garden is enclosed and there is no vis-à-vis. There is space to park up to 4 to 5 cars.
 
MAIN HOUSE (Ground floor and 1st floor)
The main house offers a very spacious living room with fireplace, large modern sofas, large dining room and a view of the mountains as if it were a picture postcard. In the living room there is Satellite TV, video, DVD and CD stereo.  A stained glass window of almost 8 meters can be opened by no less than 6 meters so that you really live outside with a view of the sea. Along the living side, the partly covered terrace of 22 x 6 offers space and comfort for each of you. Along the dining room side you can enjoy the wonderful mountain landscape from your terrace 5 x 1.5m. The open kitchen is a pleasure for kitchen princes, 2 refrigerators, semi-professional Smegg oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, juicer plus all the necessities and accessories that make cooking a party. Cutlery, plates, glassware and even champagne glasses are available based on 12, 18 or more pieces. In the utility room there is a washing machine, ironing board, iron, spare fridge, linen basket and cool box ready for you, outside you can dry the laundry on a large Leifheit drying rack. There is a separate toilet in the hall. 

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS  (1st Floor)The  main house has 3 large bedrooms that are equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a very large bed of 180X200, spacious dressing room, large bathroom with island bath, walk-in shower and double sink inlaid in marble. All mattresses and pillows are of superior quality (box-spring and/or ergonomic quality and Essix pillows) Typical for ISLA BONITA is that every room, even the bathrooms, offer a unique panorama of the sea and mountains, from the sun terrace you can see up to more than 50km in clear weather...... Oasis of light and space are on offer here as standard! The truffle and olive bedroom with box spring of 160X200 share a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink in marble. Toilets have been banned from the bathrooms and are therefore always separateBed linen and bath room towels can be made available.

GUEST ACCOMMODATION (1st floor)
The guest house is part of the same volume but has a separate entrance. Two spacious bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One bedroom with a 160x200  bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate toilet and a nice bathroom, large shower and double sinks with wonderful  mountain views.

Rental is always from Saturday to Saturday: exceptionally, this can be deviated from in consultation with the owner
