La Casa Unico

This nature house is a beautiful typical Spanish Finka in a valley in Spain. 100% privacy on 9 hectares of land with olive trees. The Finka consists of a house with a living room (with wood stove), bathroom, and two double bedrooms. There is also a large veranda (fly-free) The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner stove with oven. (no microwave, no dishwasher) 1 floor below against the mountain is a shed with a washing machine under the Finka. The stables have been converted into 2 or 3 person rooms. This makes the Finka suitable for 4-10 people. There is a nice private swimming pool with a view of the mountains. Please note: NO WiFi (with coverage) and NO TV available. The Finka is not rented to groups of young people or for parties. Do you want to rent / hibernate for a long time. Then we make an agreement about the price. the address is of the supermarket. the house has no address, only a polygon number. The tenant receives directions or can be taken to the house from the supermarket if requested. A beautiful place!

Located outside the nice Spanish Flix, where there are supermarkets, sports fields and a municipal swimming pool. Energy from solar panels, hot water, cooking and refrigerator via gas bottles. Suitable for nature lovers and people who love peace and space. Not suitable for the disabled, because of the differences in level around the house.Located close to a nature reserve in the Priorat. 50 minutes from the Costa Daurada with its beautiful white beaches. And fine snorkeling spots. 170 km (1:50 minutes by car) from Barcelona, 66 km from Reus (airport), 58 km from the northern Spanish castle town of Lleida. You can fly to Reus from Eindhoven, Cologne, Brussels and Rotterdam. Via Schiphol and Barcelona is also fine.

North and south of L'Ametlla de Mar are beautiful coves with clear water and fine sand, such as the beach of Calafat, Cala Calafató and Cala Lo Ribellet.
From Villa Familia you can cycle many kilometers in the immediate vicinity between the orchards, through the fields and along the coast. The landscape is very varied.
