For rent our beautiful villa Estel  in L'Ampolla on the Costa Dorada!
Our villa is quietly located about 2 km from the sea and the nice village. There are a total of five bedrooms available (two with sea views and two on the ground floor), three bathrooms, a living room, and a large balcony with sea views. 
In the annex living room there is a double sofa bed. 

The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances (oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher). There is a washing machine and a dryer. The cozy veranda is adjacent to the outdoor kitchen/bar with hob, BBQ, SMEG fridge, dining area and sitting area.
Large swimming pool with 10 sunbeds. Beautiful garden with beautiful palm trees.

The stylishly furnished guesthouse has a large double bed, dining area (4 people), private kitchenette (with fridge and hob) and a bathroom with rain shower. 

The villa can accommodate up to 12 people, including the guest house.

The best way to fly to L'Ampolla from the Netherlands via Eindhoven-Reus with RyanAir. From Reus it is 45 minutes away by car. You can rent a car at Reus (pre-booking a car via the internet is recommended).
It is also possible to travel via  Barcelona or Valencia.

In principle, the arrival and departure days are on Saturday or Sunday. If you have a different preference or if you want to rent less than 7 days out of season, please contact us for the possibilities.

We are Hans and Marianne and have been the proud owners of Villa Estel for several years. We like to spend time here as a couple or with our daughters and their partners.
We really enjoy the privacy that the house gives us. The relaxed environment with the village 2.5 kilometers away is the ideal combination of peace and cosiness.
The area offers perfect opportunities in all seasons to make it a fantastic holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Included is consumption of gas / water / electricity and maintenance of garden and swimming pool (1 x per week). Use the air conditioner wisely. In case of excessive power consumption, additional costs will be charged.

The mentioned rate does not include guest accommodation. Additional costs for guest accommodation are 10% of the basic rent.

Final cleaning fee: €200 flat rate for each rental (€225 if including guest house).

The beds are made and 1 towel, 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel are made available per guest. The costs for the linen package are  € 10.50 pp.

There is a charging point for electric cars at the house. Use of this is € 0.35 per kWh.

The day of arrival you have access to the accommodation from 16.00, the day of departure you must leave the house by 10.00 at the latest.

When booking, you must pay a deposit of € 300 (€ 400 if including guest accommodation). 

Our house is only rented to families. Groups of young people are not allowed. 
 
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total rent within 7 days by bank transfer.

The prices listed above are our fixed prices. The prices do not depend on the number of people occupying the house.

North and south of L'Ametlla de Mar are beautiful coves with clear water and fine sand, such as the beach of Calafat, Cala Calafató and Cala Lo Ribellet.
From Villa Familia you can cycle many kilometers in the immediate vicinity between the orchards, through the fields and along the coast. The landscape is very varied.
