This beautiful holiday villa is located in a very quiet area on the most beautiful seaside resorts of the Costa Daurada! The property is 4.5km from the picturesque fishing village of L'Ametlla De Mar and 2km from beautiful beaches and coves. The house for up to 6 people is fully furnished, has a beautiful enclosed garden with palm trees, olive tree and colorful flowers, a driveway for 3 cars and a garage. A private swimming pool of 5x 10m, and a large pergola that brings enough shade to enjoy a delicious barbecue.

Hello, my name is Stephane and I have a Belgian mother and a Spanish father. As a child I came on holiday every year in this beautiful region of the Costa Daurada. In 2016 I was able to buy our own paradise together with my wife Jessy and now offer the opportunity to other people to relax and enjoy the lovely large swimming pool. We love being in the region because it offers many possibilities without having to make long journeys.

  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
