Eole y Mar is a beautiful villa 100m from the Mediterranean Sea with a magnificent view over the bay of L'Ampolla and the delta of the Ebro. It is only a 10min walk to the port and the picturesque center of L'Ampolla. 
The villa has a living area of 280m2 and has a spacious garden on 2 levels with lots of privacy, a large swimming pool, jeu de boules court, private fruit trees and a spacious parking for several cars. The house is fully furnished and fully equipped such as a newly renovated kitchen (with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher), air conditioning in all bedrooms, Wifi and satellite TV.

The villa consists of the house on the ground floor and the 1st floor and a separate apartment in the ground floor. This makes the villa ideal for a stay of a large family (max 10 people) or of 2 smaller families.

The ground floor composes of an entrance hall, dining room, sitting room with a fireplace, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and a garage. The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the sea.

The apartment on the ground floor can accommodate 4-6 people. It has a spacious living room (9x4m), a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room has a bunk bed and a sofa bed. The apartment can be reached via the internal staircase or via a separate entrance.

L'Ampolla is excellently located. The village contains several restaurants, shops and bars. There are also various activities during the summer such as Oyster Festivals, Fiesta Major, San Juan, etc. There are several beaches in the vicinity and of course the Ebro Delta, which is a UNESCO heritage site because of the enormous variety of bird species including flamingos.

At about 40 minutes is the theme Park "Port Aventura" with a dolphinarium and Ferrari World. For a city trip there are Tortosa (20min), Tarragona (40min), Barcelona (1.5 hours) and Valencia (2 hours) easy to reach
