The apartment newly completed in 2023 is located on the beautiful and unique Santa Rosalía Lake and Life Resort. This ground floor apartment is part of the Madreselva apartment complex.

From there you are only a few steps away from a beautiful communal swimming pool with a shallow and deep area. At the resort you will find a lagoon of 16000m2 where you will quickly imagine yourself in Caribbean atmospheres. The fine sand, the palm trees and the crystal clear water contribute to an intense experience and moments of relaxation. Directly adjacent to the lagoon is the beach house where you can enjoy a delicious meal or just have a drink.
