Casa El Sueño is a detached villa in the urbanization Camposol sector D.
The villa is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by stunning views, on a plot of 450 m2.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning that blows both hot and cold air. 2 of the rooms also have a ceiling fan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker (Senseo), kettle, fridge with freezer and toaster.

The living space consists of: a lounge with a wood burning stove, TV with internet connections, blu-ray player, ceiling fan and fun board games. Wifi is included.
Electricity is according to consumption at 0.35 euros/Kwh.

The main bathroom consists of: a toilet, a bathtub, a sink and a hairdryer.
In the second bathroom you will find: a toilet, a shower and a sink. Here you will also find a hairdryer and a straightening brush.
There are 2 towels per person provided. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Bed linen is provided. Then you also have the cozy dining room where you can sit at the table with 6 people.

The entrance leads you to the porch, outside you will find the private swimming pool with size 8 X 4m and Roman steps. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers, a concrete table with benches, parasol and an outdoor shower. There is also a barbecue for cozy summer evenings. Via the stairs you reach the roof terrace with a beautiful view over the mountains.
Here you will also find a table with 6 chairs and the third bedroom. The villa has a large carport with automatic gate and offers parking for 2 cars. Washing machine and dryer are available. Restaurants, bars, supermarket and the commercial center are at +/- 8 min. drive from the villa.
The Camposol golf course is 4 minutes away. driving the car. Murcia airport is half an hour away from the villa and
Alicante airport at 1 hour and 15 min.
The nearest beaches are located in Puerto De Mazarrón and Bolnuevo. These are at a distance of 15 km from the villa. Here you will also find cozy bars and restaurants. Those who love water sports will also get their money's worth here.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A cash deposit of 350 euros will be accepted on arrival, which will be returned on departure after deduction of consumption and final cleaning.
The mandatory final cleaning is 125 euros and the consumption is 0.35 euros per kwh and 3 euros per m³ of water.

Cancellation policy :
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
