This beautiful new apartment (penthouse) on the 1st floor is located in Puerto de Mazarrón, in the new Mar de Plata district (El Alamillo). At 150 meters from a small sandy beach, this apartment, which is fully equipped, is a wonderful and beautiful place on the Spanish coast, the Costa Calida.

With two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfort is guaranteed. From the comfortable living room you have access to a terrace after which you can walk up a staircase to the large and partly covered "Solarium". There you can enjoy the spectacular view of the azure blue Mediterranean Sea and the coastline of Puerto de Mazarrón on our lounge set, relax chairs or sunbeds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and the entire apartment has air conditioning/heating. Use of air conditioning/heating for a fee.

We are Feike and Mariska, last year we visited the Costa Calida for the first time and immediately became enthusiastic about this "Costa". We have found our dream apartment in the charming town of Puerto de Mazarrón, a real Spanish town where you immediately feel at home.
There is ample opportunity there to enjoy the delicious Spanish food as well as the relaxed atmosphere and coastal lifestyle of Puerto de Mazarrón.

Cancellation Policy:
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
