The apartment newly completed in 2023 is located on the beautiful and unique Santa Rosalía Lake and Life Resort. This ground floor apartment is part of the Madreselva apartment complex.

From there you are only a few steps away from a beautiful communal swimming pool with a shallow and deep area. At the resort you will find a lagoon of 16000m2 where you will quickly imagine yourself in Caribbean atmospheres. The fine sand, the palm trees and the crystal clear water contribute to an intense experience and moments of relaxation. Directly adjacent to the lagoon is the beach house where you can enjoy a delicious meal or just have a drink.

There is also a completely newly designed gym. From cardio to weightlifting. And if that's not all, you can hit a ball on the mini golf course. And there is much more to experience at the resort.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. In addition, 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. A hairdryer and hair straightener are provided. Of course, the towels are not missing.

The living room has a dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. Opposite the corner sofa is a large smart TV. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a box spring for 2 people and offers direct access to one of the bathrooms. The other bedroom has 2 separate box springs and is adjacent to the patio. There is a spacious terrace of 35m2 with dining table and 6 chairs, a lounge set and 2 sunbeds. There is also a separate lockable room with a washing machine and cleaning utensils.

We would like to introduce ourselves first. We are Raymond and Patricia Colin from Lanaken (Belgium). Together with our 2 children (daughter of 11 and son of 7) we enjoy our holiday home in sunny Spain several times a year. Because we stay there for a maximum of 2 months a year, we want to use the remaining time to rent out. We hope that you, like us, can have a very nice time there.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord by e-mail. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
