Local Amenities: There's also a year-round restaurant and café on site, a supermarket and other handy amenities to keep everything within easy reach. In nearby Sucina you will also find everything you need.

Sandy beaches: Just a 15-minute drive away you will find the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Cálida, where you can enjoy the sun, sea and sand.
Airports: Alicante and Murcia Corvera airports are only one hour and 20 minutes drive away respectively, making this apartment perfectly accessible for international travellers as well.

We are a couple of two bon vivants from Antwerp (Belgium) who like to come to this beautiful apartment in Hacienda del Riquelme together with our family. Since we can't always stay here ourselves, we are happy to share this with you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

You will see that our rental price differs on the one hand from period to period and on the other hand according to the duration of the stay.

For a long-term stay during the winter months of min. We are happy to offer you a preferential rate for 3 months. Contact us for more information about this.

Our rental price includes:
• the use of all utilities (water, heating, air conditioning and provision for electricity)
Electricity and gas together up to 2.5 euros per day are charged, which is a normal consumption, additional consumption is charged separately.
• Wifi and digital HD-TV with Flemish and Dutch channels
• a private parking space in an underground garage;
• the use of sheets, towels and beach towels.

On site, the reception is provided by a Dutch/English-speaking contact person who takes care of the key transfer and who, in addition to ourselves, can help you with questions or problems.

The rental price does not include the final cleaning (100 €) and the rental deposit (300 €). An ultra maintained and clean apartment is very important to us.
