This beautiful and stylish apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one on suite) is located in the heart of La Zenia, close to the sunny beaches, cozy bars, nice restaurants and the famous shopping center in la Zenia.

With a living area and terraces of 140m² in total, this property offers everything for a luxurious and relaxed life under the Spanish sun. The interior consists of a bright living room with open kitchen, fully furnished and furnished and therefore completely ready to move into. The spacious dining and sitting area is ideal for both everyday family life and for receiving guests in style. All three bedrooms are spacious, have lots of light and all three have functional built-in wardrobes.

Enjoy sun or shade all day long thanks to the two spacious terraces. On the large terrace at the rear you can enjoy the morning sun, perfect to start the day in peace. The larger terrace at the front offers both sunny and shady spots, and has direct access to one of the swimming pools of the complex, allowing you to fully enjoy privacy and comfort.

The complex itself is a true paradise with its beautifully landscaped gardens, two spacious outdoor swimming pools and also a heated indoor pool with sauna. For the sports enthusiasts among us, there is also an extensive fitness room with professional equipment.

A spacious, separate underground parking space is also available.

We are a couple of two bon vivants from Antwerp (Belgium) who fully enjoy La Mata and its surroundings. We take care of the management and rental of our friends' holiday home.
Personally, we think it is a great place to stay on the Costa Blanca. We think the microclimate, the air quality and extensive facilities are fantastic. On the one hand, there is always something to do, but on the other hand, you can also easily find peace and quiet.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

You will see that our rental price differs on the one hand from period to period and on the other hand according to the duration of the stay.

Due to the new legislation (cfr August 2024) regarding the rental of apartments in the Spanish Communidad Valenciana, we choose to offer our apartment under the system of holiday rentals, which means that the minimum rental period is 11 days (10 nights).

For a long-term stay during the winter months of min. We are happy to offer you a preferential rate for 3 months. Contact us for more information about this.

Our rental price includes:
• the use of all utilities (water, heating, air conditioning and provision for electricity);
Electricity up to 12 KW per day and up to 80 KW per week included, which is a normal consumption, additional consumption is charged separately.
• Wifi and digital HD-TV with Flemish and Dutch channels
• a private parking space in an underground garage;
• the use of sheets, towels and beach towels.

On site, the reception is provided by a Dutch/English-speaking contact person who takes care of the key transfer and who, in addition to ourselves, can help you with questions or problems.

The rental price does not include the final cleaning (130 €) and the rental deposit (300 €). An ultra maintained and clean apartment is very important to us.
