The apartment is located at Roda Golf & Beach Resort.
This beautiful resort in San Javier has an 18 hole golf course, clubhouse and restaurant.
At least 10 other golf courses can be found in the area, such as La Manga (54 holes) and Las Ramblas at Cabo Roig (18 holes).  

In addition to golf, there is much more to do and discover. The resort has a well-equipped gym. New tennis and padel courts are also available. Playground for children at the resort.
Go for a walk, enjoy the sun and the beautiful gardens, swim, bike (bike rental nearby).
Los Alcazares beach at the beautiful Mar Menor is just a 5 minute drive away (2.5km). Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are nearby (1.5-3 km).
The cities of Cartagena (26 km), Murcia (41 km) and Alicante (98 km) are also worth a visit. C
Alblanque National Park (36 km), La Zenia Boulevard shopping center (22 km).
Rent a car at Alicante Airport (88 km) to easily drive to Roda Golf and explore the surrounding area. 

Since November 2024 we have been the proud owners of Casa Colina. The apartment is named after the owner's mother. Colina means hill in Spain, but there are no hills to be found in this area by the sea. That is precisely why the flat area is perfect for enjoying your holiday!
