The spacious and bright dining room and kitchen, with sliding doors to the side of the apartment leading to the additional balcony where the washing machine is located. There is plenty of space on the balcony for the drying rack.
The bedrooms have a spacious wardrobe, where even the suitcases can be stored. On the side of the cabinet hangs a large full-length mirror. The floor lamp provides warm ambient light.
Both bathrooms have electric underfloor heating, a toilet, sink and rain shower. In addition, there is plenty of space for towels.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and extensive kitchen inventory.
Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, electric hob.. All equipment is provided. The cupboards and drawers are filled with a wide range of kitchen inventory.
The sitting area is equipped with a Google TV and the TV cabinet contains a variety of board games. Children's toys and books have also been thought of. In the evening you can illuminate the apartment with warm mood lighting. The sliding doors lead to the spacious terrace.
The room with the double bed has an ensuite bathroom.
The window in the bathrooms can be opened for fresh air.
The two single beds in this room can be pushed together. The room can be darkened by the blinds on the inside or electric shutters on the outside. A cosy night light provides the room with warm ambient light.
The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and full-length mirror.
Both bathrooms have electric underfloor heating, a toilet, sink and rain shower. Plus, there's plenty of space for towels and even a laundry basket available.
This separate bathroom is accessible from the hall.
The view from the apartment on the apartment complex with 2 swimming pools (including 1 children's pool) and outdoor showers. All around there is ample sun opportunity on the green sunbathing lawn.

In the parking garage underneath the complex, the car can be parked in our own parking space. The apartment is accessible via the elevator.

The pergola was installed in March 2025
New parasols were purchased in March 2025. The storms of recent times had not done the others any good.

Apartment is located in a quiet area 800 meters from the beach and the center of Torrevieja. Ideal base for exploring the Costa Blanca and also popular with those who prefer to stay in Torrevieja. Raised ground floor so no view.

Nicely equipped living room overlooking a garden. TV Flanders and Wifi available. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and electric shutters.
