In Villa Suerte you can fully enjoy all the facilities in and around the house.
The house has all the ingredients for an ultimate holiday, all year round.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, making the house easily accessible for the older public.

There is air conditioning throughout the house for heating and cooling.
There is also a fully-fledged kitchen including all necessary equipment. A smart TV including netflix and various channels.

On the huge roof terrace you can enjoy a lounge or daybed. Watch the sun set on the large lounge bed or enjoy an extensive barbecue. We also have a nice outdoor kitchen with fridge and water supply to make your relaxing moment even more enjoyable with a refreshing sangria or Spanish beer. The heated swimming pool allows you to relax all year round in our swimming pool, which is located on the terrace of the house.

Villa Suerte is very suitable for families and is fully equipped. For example, there are cots and high chairs available in the house. There are also 2 electric bicycles available including child seats that you can use for free during your stay.

We are Wendy and Melvin and have 2 children Sem (4) and Ivy (1)
Since 2020 we have been the owner of Villa Suerte and in love with our own home.
After moving in, we were able to create an optimal holiday feeling in Villa Suerte and provide the house with all the comforts for (young) families.
When our daughter takes her siesta, we enjoy the heated swimming pool. These are things that are not possible in a hotel and our place really makes us.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices shown include all amenities, fresh towels, pool towels and bed linen.
The heated swimming pool is off in high season as the water temperature is sufficient. In the low season we can turn it on before arrival. The additional costs are € 99 per week.
The tenant must pay 30% upon booking and 70% no later than 3 weeks before arrival date.
The deposit per booking is 600 euros. Any damage and excessive consumption of electricity will be deducted from the deposit. The final cleaning of €90 is mandatory and must be paid to the host upon arrival.
