Our modern apartment is located in the new Amanecer XII residence in Los Altos, on the sunny Costa Blanca. It was completed in August 2026 and carefully furnished for a relaxing stay with up to four people.

One of the nicest places in the apartment is the spacious, south-facing balcony of approximately 20 m².
Start the morning with a cup of coffee in the Spanish sun, enjoy a good book or end the day with a nice drink. Thanks to the awning, you can choose between sun and shade.

Sunrise Apartment has approximately 75 m² of living space and is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator.

The apartment is located in Los Altos, a pleasant base for discovering Orihuela Costa.
For daily shopping, an ALDI supermarket is about a five-minute walk away. Other supermarkets, restaurants and cozy terraces can also be found in the area.
The beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are easily accessible by car. The famous shopping center La Zenia Boulevard, several golf courses and the cozy city of Torrevieja are also within reach.
