Luxury Penthouse at 350m from the beautiful beach of Mil Palmeras.
This new, modernly furnished, 4 person penthouse is located in the Mil Palmeras neighborhood in Torre de la Horadada. The apartment is located in the residential Playa Elisa Bay, the buildings count 2 floors consisting of a ground floor and a first floor.
Our house, No. 436, is on the first floor with a roof terrace (solarium) of 70m2. The two swimming pools, playground and fitness area are centrally located between the surrounding houses.
The house has a spacious living room with luxury, extensive open kitchen including complete inventory, 2 bedrooms of which 1 with a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and there are also 2 bathrooms. The terrace has a large sunshade and the roof terrace Has a large pergola to be able to sit outside in the shade in warm and sunny weather.
The house has WIFI and all rooms have air conditioning which can also be used as heating on cold days.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer combination, oven, combi microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juice extractor.
Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are provided. There is always a Dutch speaking administrator available.

In the vicinity are 2 large salt lakes, the air around this area is very clean and healthy.
This piece of Spain is popular especially in people with health problems, such as cardiovascular and rheumatic patients, skin disorders, muscular diseases or excessive blood pressure. The healthy microclimate is caused by a high concentration of iodine and magnesium in the air. The WHO confirms this.
You can use the house all year long and enjoy a wonderful beach walk within a 5-minute walk.


The residence is 350m walking distance from the beach.
Close to the residence is a cozy small-scale shopping square. There are several eateries, bars and beach tents within walking distance. On the residence are two communal swimming pools with jacuzzi, children's pool and showers. Around the pool you can sunbathe and large palm trees provide shade.
There is also a children's playground and a few fitness equipment
Everything is very child-friendly.
The stay at Playa Elisa Bay is ideal for golfers, as there are several golf courses at a short distance.


The district is quietly located. For shopping enthusiasts, the La Zenia mega shopping center is a few kilometers away.
Parking is free for almost everywhere.
The large salt lakes are a 15-minute drive away, and you can take salt baths in San Pedro del Pinatar.
Several golf courses are within a 10-minute drive from the apartment, including the famous Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. Allicante Airport is 60 km away. (51 minutes drive) and Murcia Airport is 15 minutes drive.
The tourist resort of Torrevieja is a 15-minute drive from the apartment. You can choose miles of long sandy beaches, a long boulevard and delicious restaurants.
The beaches here are nice sandy beaches and almost all with perfect infrastructure. North of the city lies the beach of La Mata and these pass into the dune landscape of Guardamar.
For the excellent quality of seawater and purity the 25 km. Long beaches received the blue flag of the European Union.

Our apartment is in a new residence within walking distance of the beach and beach tents. All facilities are within easy reach, la Zenia shopping center is 10 minutes drive. We are very excited about the apartment and think that making a nice choice for a nice, peaceful vacation on the Costa Blanca is ideal. We hope you like it!

Extra price information

Payments and other lease agreements:
  1. We request 30% deposit to finalize the booking.
  2. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival.
  3. The deposit must be paid on the landlord's account within 7 days of confirmation of the reservation
  4. Upon receipt of the payment, the reservation will be definitively confirmed and the lease agreement will be concluded. In case of termination by tenant after this confirmation, therefore, costs are due.
  5. In case of cancellation by tenant within 2 months prior to arrival date, this will be due 30% of the rent amount (ie excluding costs and security deposit) with a minimum of 85 euros; Upon cancellation within 1 month before the date of arrival, this fee is the full rental amount.
  6. The deposit will be refunded within 8 working days of departure if the accommodation is cleaned. That is, kitchen and tableware is clean and stored, no waste is left, the oven, microwave, bbq, dishwasher and washing machine are left clean and there is no damage or missing inventory. All such costs are deducted from the deposit.
  7. The agreed rental amount includes the cost of electricity up to a maximum of 80 Kwh per week. All electricity costs listed above will be settled at a rate of € 0.25 per Kwh. This is settled by the security deposit.
