This new, modernly furnished, 4-person penthouse is located in the Mil Palmeras district in Torre de la Horadada. The apartment is located in the Playa Elisa Bay residence, the buildings have 2 floors consisting of a ground floor and a first floor.
Our house, no. 436, is located on the first floor with a roof terrace (solarium) of 70m2 above it. The two swimming pools, the playground and fitness area are centrally located between the surrounding houses.
The house has a spacious living room with luxurious, extensive open kitchen including a complete inventory, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 separate beds, there are also 2 bathrooms. The terrace has a large awning and the roof terrace has a large pergola to sit outside in the shade in warm and sunny weather.
The house has WIFI and all rooms have air conditioning which can also be used as heating on cold days.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are sufficiently available. A Dutch-speaking manager is always available.
In the vicinity are 2 large salt lakes, the air around this area is very clean and healthy.
This part of Spain is especially popular with people with health problems, such as heart and rheumatism patients, skin disorders, muscle diseases or high blood pressure. The healthy microclimate is caused by a high concentration of iodine and magnesium in the air. The WHO confirms this.
You can use the house all year round and enjoy a lovely beach walk within a 5-minute walk.
Residence
The residence is 350m walking distance from the beach.
Close to the residence is a cozy small-scale shopping square. There are several eateries, bars and beach bars within walking distance. The residence has two communal swimming pools with jacuzzi, children's pool and showers. You can sunbathe around the pool and large palm trees provide shade.
There is also a children's playground and a few fitness machines
Everything is very child-friendly.
Staying in Playa Elisa Bay is ideal for golfers as there are several golf courses within a short distance.
Surroundings
The district is located in a quiet area. For shopping enthusiasts, the mega shopping center La Zenia is a few kilometers away.
Parking is free almost everywhere.
The large salt lakes are a 15-minute drive away, and you can take salt baths in San Pedro del Pinatar.
Several golf courses are approximately a 10-minute drive from the apartment, including the well-known Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. Alicante airport is at a distance of 60 km. (51 minutes drive) and Murcia airport is 15 minutes drive.
The tourist resort of Torrevieja is a 15-minute drive from the apartment. You can choose kilometers of sandy beaches, a long boulevard and delicious restaurants.
The beaches here are fine sandy beaches and almost all with perfect infrastructure. North of the city is the beach of La Mata and these merge into the dune landscape of Guardamar.
For the excellent quality of the sea water and its purity, the 25 km. long beaches have been awarded the blue flag of the European Union.
